But all in all, I am really happy with the end result of this bathroom. We ended up using Behr's Mined Coal. I was pretty apprehensive about choosing such a bold color, but now that everything is said and done, I really like the coziness of such a dramatic color. It's like being in a cocoon. However, we do still need to add the molding around the mirrors.
I went with white, gold, blue and red accents. Now that I look at it, I see that those are the same colors as the Union Jack. Hmm... I do apologize for the not so great photos. I had to take these when Bubba was sleeping and the afternoon isn't this water closets' best lighting.
I spray painted the bike brass using Design Master's Antique Gold
I picked up these maps of Florence and Rome while we were in Italy and added some Ikea frames. I have a feeling these won't be permanent, as we might go bolder with some more expensive frames in the office, but they work for now.
